Andrew Tate.
Ridvan Aydemir, known as Apostate Prophet on YouTube, has plenty to say about Andrew Tate.Ā It was from his channel that myself and others found evidence of Tateās lies in relation to his web cam business.
Tateās an odd phenomenon. A man who flashes his wealth and gives an appearance of confidence and strength. In a culture thatās quite frankly tired when it comes to the criticism of masculinity, Tate can be refreshing. It can also be hard to pin such a person down.
Iāve said to people that this man is actually on camera saying that heās exploited underage women and riddled them of their financial earnings. However, itās something that they look uncomfortable hearing about,Ā as if by criticising Tate, I am hating on men and masculinity.
Certainly, there will be people out there who are critical of men in general and they take glee in wanting to catch out Tate. There have already been numerous reporters and journalists who have played gotcha journalism with him. In mainstream media, it does appear to be fashionable to have made your mind up before investigating and questioning a person.
Yet, two things can be true at the same time. One is that we live in an increasingly feminised society which champions feminine values but calls masculine traits toxic. Thus Tate is a target. The second thing that can be true is that Tate has committed crimes.
Rather than wanting him to be ācaught outā I do think that he is a figure to be weary of, both legally and morally. Iām not alone in that. Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson as well as various channels such as the aforementioned Apostate Prophet, Authentic Observer and HG Tudor see Tate as a narcissist.
It follows that this manās conversion to Islam begs a few questions. He boasts about it and recently did so in an interview with Piers Morgan. I think Tate has no other way of communicating except loudly and brashly. I found him to be off putting but the audience in the comments fell for his performance.
Itās disheartening to see people falling for narcissists and those promoting anti semitism. Tate retweets the infamous anti semite Nick Fuentes and criticises Zionism (which is anti semitism). As Apostate Prophet says, we should be worried about the threat of Tate to many countries such as our own Great Britain. He may inspire confidence in boys but his values donāt align with the respectful ethos of ours and other countries.
Tate comes across as a useful idiot to Islam and one that they didnāt ask for. Iām sure he annoys Islamists and very definitely moderate and respectful Muslims.
I have linked to quite a few sources below and am in the middle of listening to Apostate Prophetās commentary about Tate. I just wanted to summarise my thoughts so far.
