This documentary featuring on The New Culture Forum is presented by Talk TV’s Alex Phillips. She is a journalist and former politician. I have seen Alex on several podcasts including Triggernometry and Andrew Gold Heretics where she talked about her experiences of being regularly harassed by immigrant men. This alone is considered a contentious topic to talk about but it need not be.
The fact is that the catcalls and small nuisances that older generations experienced daily is not the same as being followed to your home as Alex has been and in the case of some of my friends, groped by strangers. Those participating in this actual harassment are from cultures where it is considered acceptable to treat women in such a way. Also, there is a difference between how I have been treated versus my white counterparts, by the same immigrant men. These men seem to have been cautious around me and I have to at least consider that this is down to my having the same skin tone as them. They may consider me “one of them” in terms of ethnicity but my white friends who have suffered their physical harassment may be targeted for being different to them and considered fair play with regard to their grossly inappropriate behaviour.
To silence this discussion for fear of being called racist is to also employ the bigotry of low expectations when it comes to immigrants. The documentary features an ex Muslim lady called Yasmine Mohammed. She has previously said that it is assumed immigrants have their own culture which is not to be held to the same standard as the dominant culture of the host country. Whereas, the message since the start of mass immigration from continents like Africa and Asia (who can be quite different culturally) should have been to assimilate with the host country or face consequences. That way everyone, immigrant or native, is held to the same standard.
It isn’t just about how people behave outside the house but inside also. Yasmine Mohammed (by the way, not her real name for safety reasons) talks about how immigrant or -born to immigrants- women in western countries like England and her native Canada would report abuse from their own fathers to the police. They have been largely met with apathy. A young woman or girl in England, for example, may talk about her dad wanting to kill her in an exaggerating way. “Oh my god my parent/parents are going to kill me!” Well, in some cultures, it is actually considered acceptable to kill one’s own daughter. I have learned of personal accounts from Yasmine Mohammed and a lady called Nina Aouilk who experienced several honour killing attempts by her own father.
There was also a fairly recent case of a 10 year old girl called Sara Sharif beaten to death by her father. 10 YEARS OLD. Let that sink in.
How can we turn a blind eye to all this? Why did the police and authorities do so in the case of Yasmine and Nina to name a few? It draws parallels with the cover up of the mass grooming and rape gangs in England, which is listed as a panic and conspiracy on the internet. Talking about any of this is considered far right and our not so dear leader, Starmer, has plans to further penalise the far right like me and you too, reader.
Another ex Muslim lady appears in this documentary. She is Nuriyah Khan whom I have seen on her channel called Holy Humanist. Nuriyah talks about the Quran’s teachings in terms of relations and interactions between males and females. Those who follow these teachings to the letter consider females to be inferior and non Muslim females, especially so. This is evident in the terrorist incidents in England targeting the 2017 Ariana Grande concert in Manchester. Then in 2024, a Taylor Swift dance class in Southport was targeted. Both were premeditated and planned violent attacks. Both involved young casualties and in the case of Southport, the deaths of three young girls most brutally stabbed.
Both attacks were committed by killers who had an interest in Islam, terrorism and in the killing of innocent people. I can no longer accept that these are mere coincidences and will wear the label of conspiratorial or “not helpful” (a weak way of saying hateful) if it means recognising threats and safety concerns for all children and adults.
A healthy skepticism and critique of ideology that leads to the most violent mass attacks on a society is surely normal. I see Indian and Pakistani scholars speak openly on Candid With Lubna every week. However, the fashionable mentality in the west is that it’s racist to discuss a mass attack on its own society. Parasitic empathy, a phrase coined by Gad Saad comes to mind and he (of course) is considered a far right, evil Zionist in mainstream circles. It is truly appalling. Shutting down the conversation only causes more division and enables tragedy. Why can’t we accept what is reality and do something about it?
What do I mean by “do something?” Well certainly not engaging in what Raja Miah, the Oldham whistleblower, calls extreme prejudice. Like him, I am not interested in engaging with what is actually racist rhetoric. That’s not criticism of an extremist ideology like Islam but as I saw on substack earlier, comparing apes to black public figures; a recent example of racist rhetoric. I am only interested in actual discussion and criticism of violent ideology, not hating on innocent people.
Please do check out the documentary below. It gives a valuable and statistical insight into the recent goings on in Britain. I have also enclosed an article from Raja Miah who has risked his life to speak about the grooming gangs in Oldham.
Thank you for reading and if you like you can buy me a coffee below.
Let me address a criticism of my writing, that I am emboldening racists. Think realistically, do you think those who don’t want me in this country, who are racist towards me, need emboldening? As Mayhar Tousi has said on Tousi TV, these people don’t favour nuanced discussion. They certainly can’t be emboldened by the likes of me and Mayhar.
The racism of low expectations is infecting the West. Their guilty consciences about the very racism they’ve previously (or continuously) perpetrated is inverted, to infantilize those whom they perceive as “victims,” to the extent that they expect little more from them than essentially savagery. In that regard, the Liberals and Leftists can still virtuous as “saviors” of the noble savages, who simply don’t know any better. It’s so transparent, and inexcusable.
