I write a lot and bombard you all with posts. So, I’m going to be more structured with my writing. My substack can’t always be a diary of sorts, I must prioritise what I choose to write about, more. The plan is to write one post every day and cover a multitude of topics. My topics for today are;
Glastonbury.
To the Jewish community, I can’t express enough how much you have my support. I can’t quite articulate fully just how upset I (even as a non Jewish person) feel, seeing the proudly anti semitic behaviour at Glastonbury. The most obvious was the performer who shouted and sang death to the IDF. The IDF is the army that’s fighting for the Jewish nation state of Israel to exist, which since October 7th, is absolutely necessary.
The elite who go to Glastonbury, who promote open borders and other virtue signals, who don’t care too much about the mass rape and abuse of working class girls in England, have enabled this anti western and anti semitic behaviour.
You’re about to hear a strong word from me, that I haven’t used until today about recent events. Nazi. The Glastonbury crowd who cheered that revolting anti semite are Nazis. They have joined the movement under the guise of good intentions much like those who let the Holocaust happen in Nazi Germany. You don’t get people to join a hate movement that works on such a mass scale by targeting the hate in their hearts. Well, some will be hateful but the success of the Nazi movement lies on the twisted narrative those leading it present to ordinary people who believe they are on the right side of history. They end up believing the lies and think they’re acting out of good faith and intentions. So, when a performer repeatedly says death to the IDF and mark my words, it will get to more blatant statements of “death to the Jews,” this is because of a mass delusion of anti western values, anti judeo Christian values and resentment towards Jewish people. We are in times resembling Nazi Germany. I’m sorry but there’s no two ways about it.
NY Mayor.
The possible next New York mayor, Zohran Mamdani, is the son of movie director, Mira Nair, who once directed Reece Witherspoon in the movie, Vanity Fair. His dad is Mahmood Mamdani and he’s an academic, alright. Similar to how Mamdani Jr got his degree in Black studies (sorry “Africana” studies), Senior is all about the rights of non western people. So, when in the west, did Zohran marry a good western woman, or one at least aligned with western values? Of course not! He is married to an artist and activist called Rama Duwaji. She’s all about the rights of Syrians and Palestinians and is a fierce critic of Israel.
It’s not about foreign names and exotic skin colours, the anti western agenda is obvious. It’s blatant, in your face and enabled by the western elite who continuously apologise for their own culture. This is how dangerous anti western sentiment and the enabling of movements leading to the west’s downfall, happens.
Enabling selfishness and constant sensitivity.
Last night I watched Monty Python and The Holy Grail. I understand from seeing their other work that the Python gang are liberals. This means they adopt the mentality of “live and let live” but they’re also against the craziness of Woke. I agree with being able to critique and even mock your “own side.” Part of that, in the Holy Grail movie, is to take the Mickey out of British legends like that of King Arthur, (take the mickey means to tease). Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, after all. Should we worship our culture like it’s a tyrannical religion? No, that’s not healthy. We used to be able to poke fun at ourselves but still not be apologetic and not have our culture replaced by foreign ones.
These days, we see a western society that advocates for anti western values and it’s also one that is one sidedly precarious. It started with political correctness that was sold to the British people as having a greater respect towards foreigners. Now, it’s become the case where an immigrant in Britain feels it is racist when they are told to be grateful for their opportunity. They become emotional and sensitive and we enable that by giving them a platform.
I told my daughter that in life, we have to have a thick skin. I’m not immune to airing personal grievances and having a moan myself. I do genuinely feel cautious around certain people in society, you know the ones that look at me like they want me dead. I think I have a point. However, what can I do? One thing is to keep the head up, shoulders straight and grow a thicker skin.
For non religious people who don’t have a God to think of above their own self, there has to be times when we give ourselves a good talking to. That whilst problems and issues exist, we can learn to be more resilient, stoic and put things into perspective.
Thanks for reading my Sunday thoughts.

I think Glastonbury is so expensive that the audience doesn't represent anything but the tiniest, richest and most privileged sliver of British society.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail is great (and Python generally).
Thank you so much for the support. There is a terrific book called "Submission" which was written by the french author Michel Houellebecq. It is about the destruction of France due to the importation of antiwestern ideologies. In one part of the book the main character is talking to his Jewish friend and they are lamenting about the destruction of their country, and the main character turns to him and says- "well you have Israel to go to, where am I supposed to go?" It caused quite the storm when it came out, but not enough apparently to stop what is happening. All I can say is that it is time for the average person in Europe to wake up and take back their civilization before it is gone.
And we love Monty Python here in this house. The broadway musical Spamalot was terrific. There is a song about how they need to raise money for their crusade so they are going to put on a show. But they lament that they have no Jews to help put the show together. The song is actually called "We need a Jew." (afterall its broadway) and there in the theater my then 10 year old starts raising his hand and yelling- "I'm A Jew, I'm a Jew." Some things you never forget.
