However your tone towards mocking the idea of Fascism politics indicates to me that you do not fully grasp or understand the seriousness of the geo political climate. Most importantly while you make a case for the problems with divisive politics you also undermine your own observations. What you fail to comprehend is that it is not about left versus right - it is about the extreme right wing in power and becoming more filthy rich and mainstream is voting in someone who has an agenda to destabilize Democracy. You seem to think that is a joke. Perhaps that has to do with the ease which you experience your own privilege? When you take pleasure in smugly devaluing or minimizing the so called lefts legitimate concerns you also perpetuate the ignorance surrounding the trend that is “ real”.
