I first came across Sam on GB news a couple of years ago and I was instantly impressed by how well she spoke and her general demeanour, she is a great character and inspiration. She deserves to be recognised.

I still find this subject very difficult read about and to understand how it has been allowed to manifest and grow apparently unchallenged. There are lots of mind bending details to try to make sense of but I can’t get my head around how a police officer, usually an intelligent human being could even begin to ask a 5 year old if she had consented to sex, are they really that stupid!!

The other aspect of this shitshow is the apparent cover up, heads should definitely roll and very quickly.

The disrespect and contempt shown by the British police - and other authorities - towards working-class individuals, families and communities is a long-standing horrific feature of UK society.

I believe Samantha! But I don’t ‘believe all women’. There is a big difference between true crime and false allegations.

Didn't the UK receive a million immigrants in the last year for which figures are available? I've read and heard that numerous times.

It may well be the case. I’m not great at remembering numbers but I know there’s been a lot of talk over the vast difference between immigration numbers in the present versus the past. It really is crazy.

"The latest estimates on migration from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) suggest that in 2023:

1.2 million people migrated into the UK and 479,000 people emigrated from it, leaving a net migration figure of 782,000. This represents the balance of long-term migrants moving in and out of the country."
