Gareth Jones, a 40 year old project manager, has published his account of being abused by a former girlfriend. “She wouldn't let him go to the toilet - forcing him to run down to the local supermarket.” In addition, “he was kicked, punched, made to sleep on the floor and forced to eat toothpaste by his ex, 41-year-old Sarah Rigby.” (Source; Daily Mail. Article posted below).
It sounds rather bizarre and almost unbelievable, except this behaviour is common with women who abuse men. They seek to humiliate them. As well as Gareth Jones, a man called Richard Spencer was also forced to sleep on the floor and had bruises from being punched by his wife. The link to this story is also supplied below. (I have also written about the case previously).
Women have power and they can well and truly abuse that. Rather than fair bosses, women can be tyrants at home. Add a personality disorder to this and home becomes a hostile and abusive environment. Then, I don’t doubt that even the most petite and innocent looking woman can make life a living hell.
Sheree Spencer was just 5ft something and yet the camera footage showed a woman possessed by her deep rage and resentment, taken out on her much taller husband. As he didn’t want to hurt her by defending himself and empathised with her troubled childhood, he put himself in the firing line. He was her literal punch bag. Until he realised he couldn’t take anymore and had to tell a friend who called the police. This he did more so to protect their children, rather than himself. It’s an incredibly heartbreaking story but Richard appears to be OK.
I think because I’ve experienced narcissistic abuse, I know how people can be so psychologically destructive and I know how women can get away with it, where a man may be held accountable. So, I empathise from my heart with Richard and Gareth. They talk about their abuse through an organisation called the Man Kind initiative. If you look it up you may also find a man called Alex Skeel. His account of being abused by his softly spoken ex girlfriend is truly shocking.
These are the harsh realities of what some people have to go through and yet they’re ridiculed when they tell their story. “Be a man!” Right but what about being a woman. What woman, nurturing, feminine and caring as we ought to be, abuses a man she loves in such a way? These women are deeply disturbed individuals and they reduce men to, I think, how they feel about themselves.

Man Kind initiative.
Women who abuse should get equal treatment in court as men who abuse!
I’ll PRESUME that this details a story orginating in Britain?
