People like to point the finger at Restore supporters but to be brutally honest they need to look inwards. There has been a lot of horridness from other political party supporters. Whereas I will criticise someone over their words or actions, people go straight for a woman’s looks. Remember that Athika- so called women’s health minister for Wales? So many Reformers were calling her really terrible things and then they cry over Restorer’s comments. It’s so hypocritical and low IQ.
She was a volunteer health support at a university which made it even worse. I mean yeah, she wasn't the best advert, and if I wanted health advice, she wouldn't inspire confidence in the same way a morbidly obese medic doesn't.
Would you take your car to a mechanic who couldn't fix his own motor? No, no you wouldn't.
Looks are easy to criticise, they're visible. Easy target.
I know..I get what you mean. I understand why she was criticised but some of the stuff that was said..it was dehumanising. However, that’s hardly a new phenomenon, it’s something people do ..some far more than others.
I don't want you to go anywhere. Tbh if you lived where I live, you'd be fine to walk your dog no problem. Although we are starting to become a haven for Afghan families, our town has been signed up to the Sanctuary scheme for 20 years apparently, we have a fair few Ukrainian families, but we've had lots of Italian, Eastern European and others for over 30 years now. Many of them work in hospitality. Most of us just take people as we find them.
Locals get more annoyed at the Londoners moving up pushing up the house prices 🤭
Tbh, I've been quiet a bit recently cos I just wanted a few days break from all the online politics, Islam and Ethnonat drama, so I've not been on Substack much.
In regards to people commenting on your posts but not liking them, I'm not sure if the comments are praiseworthy or critical, but there's a lot of dickheads out there who just look to be offended or find a reason to whinge.
They will see the title of your post or the title of Lubna's video and decide to rant off to you without reading or watching for context.
The Left, Right and Islamists can all be guilty of this. Making up their minds without even listening to context.
Like Lubna's video last night, if you listen she was balanced and reasonable as was Ben Habib. No sane native English, Scottish, Welsh man wants you or Lubna or Ben deported, but because she needs the views, the usual critics of hers see the attention grabbing thumbnail and comment abuse without listening to a single second

There’s something that I picked up on that Lubna raised also..what happens with my posts is I’ll get the nasty comments but I’ll also get the ones that say what I’ve said just in their own way. Or just people venting. Well, surely you should engage with a post first? !
Unfortunately for some- Lubna, Ben and I aren’t going anywhere. I feel secure and understand my status ..unless like Ben says Britain falls apart.
I really hope it doesn’t. It’s such a fantastic country despite the problems.

There's been times I want to get out of the UK, but as Ben says if things were so bad that he'd be forced to leave, that's a Britain I'd want to leave also. DGAF if I get called a traitor by the Laws mob. Rupert is not deporting you, Lubna or Ben. Even though the extremists on Left and Right want you to believe that
This place is a weird beast. I went through a phase when I used to get quite a bit of interaction - maybe 2024?, not as much now. I have wondered why sometimes - maybe it’s cause I’m not consistent enough, maybe cause I don’t have a niche, have become duller….🤷♀️😂Just be yourself and whatever happens happens eh. Those meant to find you, will do xx

Yes I can see what they’re doing. A lot of the time I ignore but it’s sad isn’t it that we have to share space with such people.
No, I don’t believe in any risk re deportation. In fact it’s some Reformers playing these tactics as well. One can only laugh.
